  What a disorganized mess this place is. They force you to do the application online by not having the office open other than part time. They barely even show you a unit. Then they want 300$ to fill out an app for one. Now 1.5 days before the move in and they haven't even contacted me by email or phone. Scratching my head ... I guess their time is the only time worth anything. Actually no it hasn't gotten any better. You out to be ashamed of your predatory renting practices that you use. The apartments are crappy, old and nothing like the model that they show you. Now I know why they will not show you an actual apartment. Upgraded kitchen, really? Updated bathroom, yeah ok ( repainted tile does not make for a bathroom upgrade) the air conditioner does not work ( and before you respond (blowing cold air does not mean it works if it will not cool the apartment off) 96 hours to get the inside air temp to 78 degrees, we do not live in Texas it was only 86 degrees outside.
